- November 1, 2024 at 5:00pm (EST) – All Bid Submissions are Due
- November 8, 2024 – Winning Bids Announced
- November 15, 2024 – New Pricing Goes into Effect
Instructions
- Full Invitation to bid will be posted on our website.
- Name all files in your bid with Vendor Name and Date
- Bids shall be submitted through the CBS Procurement Submission Portal .
- If you need to withdraw or change your submission before the deadline please contact Kim Hopkins.
Submission Checklist
- Food Product Pricing Form – Excel Spread Sheed Tab 1. Please complete Bid Sheet with as much information as possible for each Line-Item Product
- Bid Questions – Excel Spread Sheet Tab 2. Please complete all questions with as much detail as possible.
- Signatory Authority Form – Attachment B of the IFB. Please sign and date.
- Certificate Regarding Lobbying – Attachment C of the IFB. Please sign and date.
- Non-collusion Affidavit – Attachment D of the IFB. Please sign, date and notarize.
