Submission Instructions
Download and Review Invitation for Bid
Download Dairy Product Pricing Form and submit price for all items on which Bidder wishes to Bid.
Bidders shall not modify or adapt any of the documents associated with this IFB. Bidder shall complete the Bidder section of the Dairy Product Pricing Form.
Bidder should note each Line-Product Item on which they are Bidding. For every Item the Bidder is submitting a Bid, the Bidder MUST include the following:
- Unit Price – Based on the Unit and Quantity per Unit
- Item Name as it appears in the Bidders systems
- Kosher Designation where applicable
- Brand of product
Note any divergence from the requested Unit and Quantity per Unit. Please Advise, CBS Food Program will make every effort to award bids based on Unit Price and any divergence from the requested Unit and Quantity per Unit may result in delays in final Award.
Bidder must complete and submit all Attachments.
Submissions are required prior to 5:00pm on September 12, 2025
